SMS for massage therapists: fewer gaps, more regulars.
When you're hands-on all day, you can't answer the phone. KiwiTxt confirms and reminds clients automatically, fills last-minute gaps with a quick text to your regulars and promotes gift vouchers when it matters.
Booked while you work
Missed call text back replies to callers while you're with a client, so enquiries don't go to the next therapist.
Fill the gaps
Tag clients who like short-notice bookings and send them a text when a slot opens. One reply fills the gap.
Gift vouchers and seasonal offers
- Mother's Day and Christmas gift voucher reminders
- Rebooking nudges after a few weeks
