SMS for electricians: quotes that turn into jobs.
Sparkies quote a lot of work, and plenty of it goes quiet. KiwiTxt follows up quotes automatically, texts missed callers while you're on site and keeps customers updated from booking to completion.
Follow up every quote
A short sequence ("any questions?" then "want to lock in a date?") brings in work that would otherwise slip away.
Electrician texts
- Arrival windows and "on my way"
- Power-off notices for the job
- Job complete with a certificate or invoice link
- Heat pump and maintenance service reminders
- Review requests
On the tools, still responsive
Missed call text back replies when you can't, so new customers don't ring the next sparky.
